This smoothie is great for a quick and nutritious lunch or breakfast, especially when you don’t have much time.
It is a raw, no added sugar smoothie. The addition of protein powder improves the nutritional punch as the drink will give you protein, good fats (from the hemp primarily), fibre (from the whole vegetables and fruit) and carbohydrates. It’s a really healthy fast food option.
Prep time: 5 minutes washing everything plus blending time.

- 1 very generous handful of young spinach, well washed.
- 2 Nectarines, stoned removed
- 1 Lemon, washed, unpeeled and quartered
- 1 Tablespoon Hemp Protein Powder
Method
Put everything in a powerful blender and blend until liquidised. Add filtered water if you need to thin.
