My green juice

A good first step into healthy eating is regular juicing. A reliable,efficient juicer is a good investment.

I have found juices have made a huge difference to my life and to my health. This is a simple,tasty recipe – give it a try!

Ingredients
Serves 2

  • 1/2 lemon (skin on or peeled)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 apple
  • 2 carrots

Large handful of spinach, rocket, kale or broccoli

Method

  1. Wash all ingredients well
  2. No need to peel
  3. Juice!
